Eric Hughes at Centermark Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord, McCorvey Real Estate Holdings, LP, at 4800 Fidelity on a 91,000 SF warehouse lease to Pro-Kleen, Inc. Eric indicated that they have 54,000 SF remaining available to lease at the property and already have a deal pending. He also said that the area is under served for quality crane-served warehouses. “Companies needing warehouses with cranes do not have many options in Houston…period. Especially on the East side near the Port of Houston”.

Centermark is working with McCorvey to develop approx. 6 additional spec crane-served buildings for Lease in the immediate area of Loop 610 and Market street.
