With over 17 years experience in industrial and office brokerage, Eric has been involved in total transactions valuing in excess of $150 million. His first six years in the business involved the negotiation, preparation and final review of over 200 commercial lease contracts. The last 11 years have included continuing Tenant/Buyer and Seller/Landlord representation with extensive lease and sales contract negotiating. Additional specialties include design build and office/warehouse development with strong skill sets including:

- Locate suitable alternatives thru long established broker network and knowledge of the market
- Identify feasible facility locations based on shipping, intermodal and trucking infrastructure
- Contribute value added solutions to space needs and contract negotiations
- Ability to deal with difficult sellers/landlords and negotiate a fair deal
