Probably one of the best deals on the East side of Houston is actually a selection of spaces bordering both market Street and I10-East.  Two different owners with multi tenant distribution type facilities have spaces for lease from 8,000 SF to 40,000 SF and rates range between $.32 PSF and $.35 PSF/month gross.  These are tiltwall warehouses with 24′+ clear and they are fire sprinklered.  They even have ample truck courts.  While there are a few similar options on Wallisville Road and at Turning Basin, we feel these spaces have better access.  A few even have rail access!
